Is the product original?

All products are original and authorized by the Department of Economy, and to ensure the customer’s original product, a special card is attached to a stamp approved by the company, the name of the customer and the date of purchase for each product.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time varies according to the delivery companies selected by the customer, provided that it does not exceed two days from the date of ordering in the UAE.

Is there a delivery outside the UAE?

I have a defective product, how can I benefit from the warranty?

You can benefit from the warranty period through the maintenance department by attaching a copy of the guarantee that contains the intentional company seal and the name of the customer, attaching the type of defect in the product, and the required customer data, and you will be contacted by the maintenance department.
